A critical element of high quality programs is the direct correlation of intentional planning, play and children’s learning.  Planning should not be ad-hoc, or a pre-defined activity,  rather an inquiry driven pedagogy of discovery and development.  This training will engage educators in reflective professional conversations with guiding questions, activities and readings and/or videos.  Challenging the ‘traditional thinking’ of learning environments and planning.
