This project plans and documents how this type of play can be enriched through the introduction of light.   Trajectory schema and using light & shadow for movement is a powerful combination, as it allows children to explore movement, direction, speed, and cause-and-effect in a visually engaging and embodied way.  Trajectory schema is about how things move through space. When children explore light and shadow, the movement of light and the movement of their bodies or objects become visible and traceable.
